Don't take our word for it -- the internet is full of fictions-presented-as-facts. We are featured in an eight page article in the March, 2006 issue of Bon Appetit magazine, and have numerous other references. We were invited as co-guests of honor, alongside Laurent Drouhin, of maison Joseph Drouhin, vintners of France and Oregon, to the first full-seating at "Trumps", the Trump National Golf Club's luxurious restaurant in Rancho Palos Verdes, California (and, of course, we brought the truffles!) We are integral to the Oregon Truffle Festival (http://www.oregontrufflefestival.com). We are in the core of the movement to reshape the Oregon Truffle industry. Here's what Jerry Traunfeld, executive chef for The Herb Farm, in Woodinville, Washington, wrote when he received his first shipment of truffles from us in December, 2006 (along with our apologies because we had to scrape the bottom of our barrel to fill his last-minute order) : "I just received your truffles. I am not as concerned about how they look as I am about how they smell. These are the best quality I have seen in the 15 years I have been using Northwest truffles. Your care in handling them is quite evident."
The Herb Farm is famous for its top-notch cuisine with menus themed around fresh Northwest ingredients. ----------------------------------------- You can be, too!
